Experience Required:
None, but some sales or customer service experience preferred.

Full Time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Act as the internal account coordinator for assigned and new incoming accounts.
- Grow new accounts and opportunities coming through marketing channels.
- Consultative selling and customer service skills.
- Provide quotes and follow up, order entry into the order fulfillment system to initiate the sales/ distribution process.
- Continually provide feedback on sales opportunities to branch management and Outside Sales.
- Ensure delivery of customer orders on a timely basis, and with the highest possible level of quality and service.
- Coordinate with appropriate departments in the resolution of customer complaints regarding damaged or incorrect material, or delivery problems.
- Provide customers with a personalized level of customer service that reinforces the importance of customer satisfaction.
- Continually learning I.T.S. products to better serve customers.
- Awareness of competitor strategies and pricing.
- Listening to customer needs.
- Exhibit effective communication skills, drive, and self-motivation.
- Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Be prepared for team meetings.
- Develop long term, sustainable relationships with customers.
- Be proactive by cross-selling and parallel selling.
- Represent Industrial Tube & Steel Corporation with integrity, professionalism, and honesty.
- Strong typing skills and computer knowledge
- Deals well with fast-paced and high energy environments.
- Excels in time management skills.
- Maintains composure and remains positive when busy.
Education and/or Experience Requirements
- We are looking for a candidate that is interested in starting or continuing their sales career and growing with our company.
- Must possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must demonstrate presentation and interpersonal skills.
- High School diploma and/or equivalent in training.
- Prefer 1 year sales experience but not required.
- Aggressive, competitive, and self-motivated attitude.
